Summary: I can’t say enough good things about this place! When we walked in we immediately noticed how clean the place is and what a central location it was! Short bike or walk to the beaches and downtown. We had the pleasure of meeting the hosts, Ashley and Ryan, face to face and they were absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but the best. We will for sure be back!

Summary: This place was fantastic. Everything looked like the pictures. The only negative, and it might be listed somewhere in the description, but i did not see it, is that the apartment is upstairs. Very narrow stairwell, anyone with any type of walking problems would have a difficult time. But with that being said I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation, except what I said above.

Summary: Nice place. Close to almost everything in Alpena. Ryan was very helpful when we had some challenges opening the lockbox. The shipwreck boat tour pamphlet in the property wss outdated as we found out that 4 pm ferry isn't there anymore. May want to replace those. We'll recommend it!
